- For recurring services (e.g., monthly social media marketing retainers), payments are billed automatically in advance every month.
3. Client Obligations
To ensure smooth delivery of our services, clients must provide necessary assets, access credentials, and timely feedback when requested. DailyNest LLC is not responsible for project delays caused by a client's failure to provide required information.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of all invoices, the intellectual property rights of custom web development layouts or designed marketing creatives delivered to the client will be transferred to the client. DailyNest LLC retains the right to display the completed work in its professional portfolio.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DailyNest LLC, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our web development configurations or social media marketing strategies.
