Thank you for choosing DailyNest LLC for your digital service needs. Because DailyNest LLC provides customized digital services — including AI & automation solutions, web and app development, and digital marketing — we maintain a clear policy regarding refunds and service cancellations.
By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. AI & Automation Services
This section applies to AI Business Process Automation, Agentic AI, Voice AI Agents, and AI Chatbot projects.
- Deposits: Any setup fees or upfront deposits required to initiate an AI or automation project are non-refundable, as discovery, architecture, and resource allocation begin immediately.
- Milestone Payments: Once a project milestone (e.g., workflow design, model configuration, or agent deployment) is approved by the client and payment is collected, that portion of the project is considered complete and non-refundable.
- Project Cancellation: If a client cancels an AI or automation project mid-way, they will be billed for the hours worked up to the date of cancellation, and any remaining balance will be waived. Completed custom workflows, prompts, agent configurations, and integration code files will not be delivered upon cancellation.
2. Web Development Services
- Deposits: Any setup fees or upfront deposits required to initiate a web development project are non-refundable, as work and resource allocation begin immediately.
- Milestone Payments: Once a project milestone is approved by the client and payment is collected, that portion of the project is considered complete and non-refundable.
- Project Cancellation: If a client chooses to cancel a web development project mid-way, they will be billed for the hours worked up to the date of cancellation, and any remaining balance will be waived. Completed custom design code files will not be delivered upon cancellation.
3. App Development Services
- Deposits: Upfront deposits for mobile app projects are non-refundable, as planning, UI/UX design, and development scheduling begin immediately.
- Milestone Payments: Approved milestones — such as UI/UX design sign-off, completed feature builds, or app store submission preparation — are non-refundable once payment is collected.
- Project Cancellation: If an app development project is cancelled mid-way, the client will be billed for hours worked up to the date of cancellation. Custom source code, design assets, and development builds will not be delivered upon cancellation.
4. Digital Marketing Retainers
This section applies to Social Media Management, Google Ads management, and Content Development (video production, motion graphics, and copywriting) retainers.
- Monthly Retainers: Payments for ongoing monthly marketing, advertising, or content services are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
- Ad Spend: Budgets spent on advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads) or third-party media placements are non-refundable in all circumstances, as these funds are paid directly to the platforms.
- Cancellation Notice: Clients can cancel their monthly subscription at any time. To prevent the automatic renewal of the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@dailynest4u.store at least 14 days prior to the next scheduled billing date.
- Mid-Cycle Cancellations: If you cancel your retainer mid-month, services will continue to be delivered until the end of your current paid billing cycle. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused days.
- Delivered Content: Completed content assets (videos, graphics, or copy) that have already been approved and delivered within a billing cycle are non-refundable.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
DailyNest LLC values customer satisfaction. If you feel your project was not delivered according to the agreed-upon Statement of Work due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately at support@dailynest4u.store. We evaluate disputes on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair resolution.
